Registration

A limited number of participants (about 150) will be admitted to the Conference.

Fees: 50€ for African and 150€ for non-African, which will include:

• Admittance to the conference,
• Conference proceedings
• Coffee breaks,
• 3 luncheons
• The reception cocktail,
• A gala dinner animated by a traditional burkinabe animation group
• An Off party animated by a traditional burkinabe animation group

30 stands will be available for authorities, companies, NGOs, etc. during the 3 days of the conference for 200€ each. The attendance fees include:

• Admittance to the conference to one participant
• Conference proceedings
• Coffee breaks
• 3 luncheons
• The reception cocktail,
• 20 exhibition stands of 2m2 and 10 stands of 3 m2
• A gala dinner animated by a traditional burkinabe animation group
• An Off party animated by a traditional burkinabe animation group
• (extra representative must be registered as a participant)

Possibility of having six side events during day 1 and day 3 from 17:00-19:00 for 300€ each. The fee will include:

• Admittance to the conference to one participant

• Coffee breaks,
• 3 luncheons
• The reception cocktail,
• A gala dinner animated by a traditional burkinabe animation group
• Side event room with computer, video bin, small refreshment (coffee, tea and cookies). Any extra catering should be ordered to the organizators.
