The European Union has financed the NETSSAF coordination action program with excellent teams that performed lots of hard work. You will get first hand information on the latest development of sustainable sanitation concepts with a view on their application in West Africa and beyond. We want your input and participation in lively discussions in the conference and in the breaks to bring the development of safe, affordable and resources oriented sanitation further. Meet with international colleagues who share the same interest and let us all join forces to work towards implementation of excellent sustainable solutions.

The general objective of the conference is to bring together members of the NETSSAF consortium jointly with national and regional decision makers, sanitation professionals, practitioners and scientists to present the results of the Coordination Action and discuss future trends and directions concerning the large scale implementation of sustainable approaches of sanitation in rural and peri-urban areas in West Africa.
